Fountain of Hope Ministries was founded September 2022 by Pastor's Roy & Shana McGee.  Pastor Roy & Shana were working in WV at another recovery program when God laid it on their hearts to come back to Tennessee and start a Men's program for men that were broken and discarded by society and see them radically set free by the power of Jesus Christ. They sold everything they had headed back to Tennessee with nothing but the desire that God placed in their hearts. Pastor Roy & Shana wanted Fountain of Hope to be a beacon of light in the heart of Knoxville a safe haven for these broken men. Pastor Roy a former gang member wanted had a desire to help lead other men out of a lifestyle that only brings forth prison, death and destruction and he knew he couldn't do that without his beautiful wife Shana by his side. They faced many obstacles while starting this journey but refused to give up on the vision God placed in their hearts, that's where they had to lean on their faith in God. They knew if he called them that He would see them through the hardships. As of 2025 they have seen 38+ Graduations and many lives transformed and families restored.
